J’accompagne les adultes et adolescents (à partir de 15 ans) confrontés à des situations de rupture, de surcharge ou de souffrance psychique, dans un cadre bienveillant et sécurisant.

Mon approche est intégrative et centrée sur la personne, adaptée aux besoins et aux choix du patient.

Pour cela, plusieurs outils thérapeutiques peuvent être mobilisés :

  • Thérapie ACT (Acceptation & Engagement) : une Thérapie Cognitivo-Comportementale 3ème génération qui permet de retrouver du sens et de s’engager dans une vie alignée sur ses propres valeurs
  • Récit de vie et travail sur l’identité narrative : un outil pour se reconstruire particulièrement adapté aux personnes en burn-out, en deuil ou en transition de vie
  • Approche neurocognitive et comportementale : une démarche qui permet de réguler le stress, de se sentir plus en accord, dans ses relations personnelles et professionnelles
  • Analyse transactionnelle : pour comprendre les dynamiques relationnelles et permettre de sortir des jeux psychologiques répétitifs et délétères. Le but est de retrouver une posture plus libre et authentique dans ses relations amoureuses, parentales, amicales et professionnelles.
