J'accompagne les enfants à partir de 3 ans, les adolescents et les adultes.

J'essaie d'offrir un espace sécurisant, une écoute active non jugeant et bienveillante.

Ma démarche est intégrative cela veut dire que je m'appuie sur plusieurs courant afin d'accompagner mes patients. En d'autre mots je peux utiliser les outils qu'offre les TCC ou bien les thérapies systémiques.


En 2025 j'ai complété ma formation en thérapie des schémas qui est une approche intégrative pour identifier l'origine des comportements répétitifs chez une personne. Cette méthode permet de mettre en lumière les mécanismes profonds qui sont souvent la source de nombreuses difficultés.


Avec les enfants, je privilégie la thérapie par le jeu, le dessin ou la relaxation. J'intègre également la psychoéducation, la gestion des émotions et le travail sur les pensées limitantes et sur une collaboration étroite avec les parents.


Je suis agréée par la Commission des Psychologues et titulaire d’un visa garantissant la reconnaissance officielle ainsi que la qualité éthique de ma pratique.
