Psychologue clinicienne passionnée, spécialisée dans l'accompagnement des adultes, ayant une approche intégrative (dont outils issus de la thérapie cognitivo-comportementale - TCC), l'objectif de mon travail est d'apporter des pistes concrètes et efficaces pour agir activement sur la/les problématique/s rencontrées. Toujours dans l'empathie, et l'écoute, je respecte le rythme de chacun et propose des outils adaptés.

Au besoin, je propose également:

-séances EMDR (traitement du stress post-traumatique),

-exercices corporels de libération du stress dont TRE (tension and trauma releasing exercices" --> "exercices de libération du stress, des tensions et des traumas"

-séances de réorientation professionnelle.

Toujours au top ! Depuis que je suis suivie par cette psy, je sens une réelle différence ! J’avance petit à petit ! De plus on voit qu’elle s’y connaît sur le sujet et n’hésite pas à s’aider d’outils (livres, jeux,…).
