Les problématiques rencontrées sont la dépression, le burn-out professionnel, le burn-out parental, l'anxiété, les phobies, les TOCs, etc. Etant formée à la thérapie systémique, j'analyse le contexte familial de la personne, sa place au sein de la famille, ses relations avec les membres de sa famille, l'aspect transgénérationnel, etc. De plus, je suis formée à l'EMDR, ce qui me permet de traiter les vécus traumatiques. Cela peut être une agression, un licenciement, un divorce, un abus sexuel, mais aussi des TOCs, des phobies ou de l'anxiété généralisée.
