I am so very happy to have found Dr. Vulcan. This was my 2nd visit. I had struggled to figure out what was happening to my breathing, and previous doctors, here in Belgium, had dismissed my asthma and sent me home with nothing. From the beginning, Dr. Vulcan understood my symptoms, came up with a plan of action, provided me with the necessary medication to treat my breathing problems, and made me feel safe about my situation. She is a knowledgeable, caring doctor with a pragmatic and effective approach. I would recommend her to everyone.
