The assistent of the doctor was impatient regarding the child (3.5 years old). He was not focusing on the ball during the check on the device. She could be a bit more patient with children of this age, otherwise accept only adults. The clinique is not adjusted to check children’s vision. They have 3-4 pictures. Again the lady was changing them too quickly… The check as not profound due to this conditions. The child got anxious. Then the doctor started to re-check everything … why? And again due to limited conditions for children it was not optimal. Going to private clinique which mentions they work with children, i was expecting better service.

The doctor is very nice and takes good time to understand problem and also made us understand what was happening with our child’s eyes .i would highly recommend the doctor.

Dr Zaher was very knowledgeable and although he was not about to give me a diagnosis he reached out to other colleagues who may be able to help. He knew which questions to ask and was very good at really listening and understanding what I was saying
