Les examens préliminaires ont été longs et laborieux. Beaucoup de répétitions de mesures, parce que l'assistante n'arrivait pas à obtenir un résultat satisfaisant (Elle a notamment confondu le signe +/- des dioptries de la lentille correctrice). Entrevue finale trop vite expédiée par le Dr. Fraeken, avec à peine le temps de poser des questions. Très nombreux examens alors que j'avais fait un bilan complet 15 jours avant, et que je ne venais que pour le compléter avec un champ visuel, avec en conséquence un tarif facturé très élevé (sur-examens inutiles?). Décevant après une première consultation qui avait été nettement plus satisfaisante.

Bonjour, j'en ferais part à mon équipe et nous nous en excusons. Nous travaillons en effet avec des stagiaires orthoptistes en formation, ce qui demande parfois un peu plus de patience. Quant aux examens complémentaires, à part le champ visuel, une photo du nerf optique, un OCT de la papille ainsi qu'une pachymétrie (l'épaisseur de la cornée) ont été réalisés, tous nécessaires dans le cadre du suivi d'un glaucome. Tous les examens sont d’ailleurs remboursés par la mutuelle. En cas de questions, n'hésitez pas à recontacter le secrétariat et je reprendrais contact avec vous si souhaité. Bàv, Dr Fraenkel

Le Docteur Fraenkel est la meilleure ophtalmologue que j'ai pu rencontrer dans ma vie. N'étant pas à l'aise avec les examens, elles a su le rassurer, être bienveillante et m'assurer un suivi de mes yeux haute qualité avec beaucoup de professionnalisme. Un très grand merci !
