Pour l’équipe de la réception, un simple bonjour, un sourire et un minimum de contact visuel peuvent faire une réelle différence dans l’accueil et le ressenti des patients. Je me suis rendue dans votre centre car je recherchais une spécialité bien spécifique. Malheureusement, dès mon arrivée, je ne me suis pas sentie particulièrement à l’aise, avec une impression un peu difficile à expliquer, comme si ma présence dérangeait. Concernant la praticienne, je ne remets absolument pas en cause ses compétences ni son expertise dans son domaine. Néanmoins, le contact m’a semblé assez froid. À un moment donné, j’ai mal prononcé un mot, et la correction qui m’a été faite, bien que certainement intentionnée, m’a semblée un peu abrupte. Cela m’a laissée quelque peu mal à l’aise.

This doctor was recommended to me. She was very thorough and I got a positive result so I was relieved. I didn't notice the cleanliness really so I can't collect. I can say it was fine, else I would have noticed something. Everything was disinfected.
