Je suis venue consulter car ma vision était floue depuis deux semaines, et j’ai été opérée des yeux il y a 5 ans. La docteure m’a reçue avec plus de 30 minutes de retard à cause d’un problème informatique, sans prévenir ni s’excuser. Pendant la consultation, elle ne prenait pas le temps d’expliquer les examens, je devais poser des questions à chaque étape. Son seul diagnostic : remettre des lunettes, sans proposer d’alternative ni explication claire. Elle m’a simplement conseillé de retourner voir le chirurgien, avec qui j’ai déjà un rendez-vous… dans plusieurs semaines. En bref, aucun problème n’a été réellement exploré ou résolu. J’ai eu l’impression de perdre mon temps et mon argent.
