Je vous accompagne avec une approche intégrative centrée sur la médecine fonctionnelle, renforcée par les outils naturels de la naturopathie.

Mon travail consiste à identifier les causes profondes de vos déséquilibres plutôt que de simplement masquer les symptômes. Grâce à une compréhension fine de votre terrain et de vos habitudes de vie, je construis avec vous un plan d’action individualisé, fondé sur des données objectives et une écoute bienveillante.

🔬 Médecine fonctionnelle : analyses biologiques ciblées (digestives, hormonales, inflammatoires, métaboliques…) pour explorer en profondeur les déséquilibres internes.

🌿 Naturopathie : phytothérapie, nutrition personnalisée, micronutrition, hygiène de vie, gestion du stress, accompagnement émotionnel.

Je m’adresse à toute personne souhaitant :

  • retrouver de l’énergie et de la vitalité,
  • améliorer sa digestion,
  • rééquilibrer son système hormonal,
  • soutenir son immunité,
  • prévenir ou accompagner les pathologies chroniques.
