    Hi, I have a small Hernia (L5-S1) which pushes on the sciatic nerve. The pain is now extended to the knee/calf/foot. Which is the specialist I should get in contact with?

    • Hello,
      You should see a neurologist (specialist of the nerves). I think it could be the sciatic nerve that has problem and create the pain sensation in the leg.

    Hello, some years ago i bumped inwards part of Knees together and it was ok after some weeks but now whenever i pull up my lower back i feel a sensation no pain necessarily but i don't understand what it is? Should i see physiotherapist?

      I'm sure that you have to see a physiotherapist. I don't really understand the link between your knee problem and your back, but I think a physiotherapist can help you.

      First you need to see a general doctor which send you to make complementary examinations. After that, he will surely advies you to make kinesitherapy sessions to help you recovery.
