Infirmière de formation, le bien-être a toujours été au centre de mes préoccupations. Mon parcours professionnel m’a amené à travailler dans des services où stress, haute technicité et bienveillance se côtoient tous les jours. Mes choix personnels m’ont alors dirigé vers des formations où le bien-être est au centre des préoccupations : d’abord comme formatrice de massage bébé, consultante en portage physiologique et réflexologie plantaire. Je crois que l’être humain forme un tout indissociable où émotions, corps, énergie et mental sont interconnectés et sont en recherche constante d’équilibre. C’est donc tout naturellement que je me suis dirigée vers la kinésiologie pour accompagner les personnes vers leur bien-être. Avec douceur et bienveillance, je vous accompagne dans la gestion de vos blocages émotionnels et de votre stress, pour améliorer votre bien-être et vous guider vers plus d’harmonie.
