L’hypnose conversationnelle est une approche douce qui se déroule dans un état de conscience modifiée, proche de la rêverie. Vous restez acteur(trice) de la séance, vous en gardez donc le contrôle, tout en accédant à un niveau de perception différent de celui d’une simple conversation.

À travers un échange ciblé et stratégique, nous travaillons sur votre problématique afin d’activer vos ressources inconscientes.

Je propose donc aux parents en Burn out un espace approprié pour déposer et pour travailler à retrouver leurs ressources.
