Malgré le format à distance, la doctoresse s'est montrée particulièrement attentive, prenant le temps nécessaire pour écouter l'ensemble de mes préoccupations avec sérieux et rigueur. Ses explications ont été d'une grande clarté : elle a su détailler le diagnostic ainsi que le traitement proposé de manière pédagogique et accessible, répondant à chacune de mes interrogations avec patience et précision. Je tiens également à souligner son sens de l'accueil et son approche profondément humaine, qui inspirent confiance et sérénité, des qualités d'autant plus appréciables dans le cadre d'une consultation par visioconférence, où le lien humain peut parfois sembler plus distant.
