ça fait déjà 7 ans que Madame Legay Emilie me suit et franchement suis très satisfaite ! Le suivi est personnalisé, à l'écoute, très sincère avec elle depuis le début avec mes écarts ou ma gourmandise. Moi, ça m'aide à maintenir un poids stable et de longue durée ! Même si de mon côté, il y a parfois du relâchement. Mais aller au RV, m'aide à ne pas trop me laisser aller. MERCI pour les bons conseils, pas toujours évident.
