Sportive et passionnée de cuisine depuis mon plus jeune âge, c’est tout naturellement que je me suis orientée vers des études en diététique.

Diplômée du bachelier en diététique de la Haute École de la Province de Liège (HEPL) en 2018, j’ai choisi d’approfondir mes connaissances en me spécialisant pendant un an en diététique du sport, toujours à l’HEPL, en 2019.

Aujourd’hui, j’accompagne aussi bien des sportifs que des adultes non sportifs dans l’atteinte de leurs objectifs nutritionnels, de performance ou de bien-être.


Pour moi, la restriction n’a pas sa place en diététique.

Je privilégie une approche basée sur l’équilibre, le plaisir de manger et l’écoute de soi.

Mon but est d’aider chacun à (re)trouver une relation saine avec l’alimentation.

En tant que sportive d’endurance, je sais combien l’alimentation peut influencer nos performances, notre récupération, mais aussi notre motivation. C’est pourquoi j’accorde une attention particulière à l’adaptation des conseils à votre mode de vie, vos contraintes et vos envies.

Je suis sortie du cabinet de la diététicienne nutritionniste Charlyne Hanck reboustée . Le programme qu'elle m'a proposée tien bien la route et à long terme. Je suis toute contente de prendre un nouveau départ ! Bientôt une santé parfaite ! Non envie de faire du sport a redémarrer. Le programme est personnalisé. Charlyne est fort à l'écoute. Je me réjouis d'être dans quelque temps.
