Diététicienne très positive, accueillante et très souriante. Plan complet pour le diabète. Sans restrictions et très à l'écoute. Fin de l'entretien demande toujours si on d'autres questions et propose toujours des solutions. Elle motive à respecter le plan nutritionnel.

J’ai été accueillie avec un sourire chaleureux, ce qui m’a tout de suite mise à l’aise. Un rendez-vous pour une perte de poids peut parfois être source de stress ou de sentiments négatifs, notamment parce qu’on a l’impression de ne pas y arriver seul(e) et d’avoir besoin d’aide. Pourtant, dès le début du rendez-vous, j’ai ressenti beaucoup de respect, de douceur et de bienveillance dans les mots employés. Tout au long du rendez-vous, je me suis sentie véritablement écoutée et comprise. Mes envies, mes habitudes, ainsi que ce que j’aime ou n’aime pas ont été pris en compte pour construire ensemble un plan de journée type réaliste et durable sur le long terme. Je suis sortie de ce rendez-vous avec enthousiasme, motivée et confiante pour débuter ce nouveau parcours.
