Bonjour ! Je suis Manuel, kinésithérapeute conventionné passionné par le mouvement, la communication et les soins personnalisés.

Je parle couramment anglais, espagnol et italien. Mon français et mon néerlandais sont à un niveau intermédiaire, mais je suis très motivé à les maîtriser afin d’améliorer ma communication.

Fort de plusieurs années d’expérience en hôpital, à domicile et en cabinet, j’ai traité des troubles musculo-squelettiques, postopératoires et sportifs avant de me spécialiser en kinésithérapie neurologique pour adultes à la KU Leuven en 2025.

Mon objectif est d’aider chaque patient à retrouver le contrôle de son corps, son indépendance et une vie active, que ce soit pour reprendre un sport, bouger sans douleur ou se sentir à nouveau à l’aise et confiant dans son corps.

Je prends le temps de comprendre le contexte personnel, physique et psychosocial de chacun grâce à l’écoute active, la patience et l’empathie. Convaincu que le progrès repose sur la communication et le travail d’équipe, j’élabore des programmes individualisés et progressifs, centrés sur l’exercice et la thérapie fonctionnelle, afin de rendre la rééducation efficace, motivante et agréable.

Hi! I’m Manuel, a dedicated physiotherapist passionate about movement, communication and personalised care.

After several years of experience in hospitals, home care and private practice, treating musculoskeletal, post-surgical and sports-related conditions, I specialised in neurological physiotherapy for adults at KU Leuven in 2025.

My goal is to help each patient regain control of their body, recover independence and return to an active life — whether that means resuming a sport, moving freely and pain-free, or simply feeling confident and comfortable again.

To do so, I take time to understand each person’s physical, personal and psychosocial background through active listening, patience and empathy. Believing that recovery is most effective when therapist and patient work together, I design individualised, progressive treatment plans focused on exercise and functional therapy to make rehabilitation effective, motivating and enjoyable.

I speak fluent Spanish, English and Italian. My French and Dutch levels are at an intermediate level, but I will do my best to improve them quickly to better communicate with you and make you feel more at ease.
