Psychologue clinicienne, je propose des consultations individuelles UNIQUEMENT pour les adolescents (à partir de 15 ans) et les adultes. Mon approche est intégrative, c’est-à-dire qu’elle s’appuie sur plusieurs manières de penser la psychologie. Passionnée par le fonctionnement psychique humain depuis mon plus jeune âge, j’ai à cœur de mettre la santé mentale à la même place que la santé physique, c'est à dire, au centre des préoccupations. Il est pour moi important de la prendre en compte afin de vivre une vie sereine et épanouie. Que ce soit en cabinet ou en ligne, je vous reçois afin de vous accompagner dans votre cheminement de vie. Dans cet espace, nous pourrons échanger sur les problématiques qui vous préoccupent et nous essaierons ensemble de comprendre comment elles entravent votre évolution. Je considère que chaque personne est douée de ressources insoupçonnées qui lui permettront de dépasser les difficultés rencontrées. La thérapie est donc un processus de coopération mais également d’engagement envers soi-même.

I am a psychologist and psychotherapist, and am trained in brief therapy, hypnosis and systemic therapy. I see adolescents, adults and couples for consultations that last between 45 and 60 minutes. Here are some issues that might prompt you to come to me: separation, difficult bereavement, unhappiness, depression, burn-out at work or in the family, anxiety, phobia, experiencing chronic pain, complicated and/or abusive family relationships, trauma, communication difficulties, feelings of isolation, dropping out of school, ...

I have a degree in Psychological and Pedagogical Sciences (ULB-1994), and I completed my university career with a Certificate in Psychotherapeutic Clinics (ULB-1995). In order to be able to respond in a personalized and efficient way to requests, I continued to train myself in the tools of brief therapy both for individual sessions (LPNL, hypnosis, EFT, logosynthesis, ..) and for couple sessions (positive psycho-sexology).
