Psychologist Noémie Bar welcomes you in her private practice in Ottignies for a psychological follow-up. Graduated in social and intercultural psychology at the Université Libre de Bruxelles, Mrs. Bar is now specialized in the fields of anxiety, addictions, behavioral management of emotions, traumas and sexual and marital violence and is also a hypnotherapist. The therapeutic orientation is behavioral using cognitive-behavioral therapy in a brief therapy axis. The practice is humanistic, centered on the resources of the person. Karmen Schiettecatte works as a clinical psychologist and systems therapist in Merelbeke. She holds a master's degree in psychology - major in clinical psychology from the University of Ghent. She has chosen to follow a therapy course, which allows her to work more specifically with the questions that arise in practice. The various therapeutic currents in psychology have a similar basis but also have their own accents. For systemic therapists, the emphasis is on the person in his context. As a psychologist, I worked as a clinician but also a researcher, in various fields such as chronic pain, psychosomatic disorders, addictions as well as cancers of hereditary origin. This allowed me to gain a lot of experience with issues such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, managing emotions, etc. I work mainly within the framework of ACT therapy which allows us to give a lot of meaning to our lives by identifying the values ​​that guide us. At the same time, passionate about sport and broader health issues, and wanting to develop a holistic approach, I am also a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Nutrition Coach. Jean-Baptiste Immers is a clinical psychologist trained in cognitive behavioral therapies. He graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles and holds a master's degree in clinical psychology and psychopathology obtained in 2012. He is specialized in stress, burn-out, anxiety and anxiety disorders as well as depression and emotional and mood disorders. He has been practicing at the C.H.U. Hello. My name is Annaëlle and I am a clinical psychologist specialized in early childhood and childhood. I am accredited by the Commission of Psychologists. I offer individual follow-ups, accompanying children from 3 to 12 years old, at each stage of their development. My therapeutic objective is to develop a relationship of trust in a warm space allowing the child to feel safe and to progressively achieve self-fulfillment and psychological well-being. Through words and/or media (games, drawings, etc.), I accompany the child so that he/she can freely express his/her emotions, needs as well as the fears that impede his/her daily functioning. During my work, I propose to the young patient to put words on his thoughts, his feelings so that he can learn to manage them more serenely.
