Psychologue clinicienne agréée à la Commission belge des Psychologues, référencée au numéro 932226806, je suis diplômée d'un Master en sciences psychologiques, à finalité spécialisée en psychologie clinique et psychopathologie à l'Université Libre de Bruxelles. Je suis également coach de vie et coach pédagogique. Il est important pour moi de m'outiller au mieux et dans différents domaines afin de vous pour proposer un accompagnement le plus complet possible. J'ai étudié la psychologie clinique car il m'est primordial de travailler sur le fond et sur la source du problème. Cependant, je trouve important de vous proposer un accompagnement proactif, c'est pour cette raison que j'ai ajouté le coaching à mon arc. Travailler sur le fond tout en s'outillant de petites tâches à accomplir au quotidien est donc ma manière d'aborder le travail thérapeutique. The areas of intervention of our psychologist are post-traumatic stress, violence (family, marital, at work), harassment, burn-out, anxiety, phobias, eating disorder behaviors, depression, academic and professional difficulties. The psychologist supports victims but also perpetrators of offenses or those who are subject to justice. It takes care of adults, adolescents and children aged 10 and over. Availability: Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Price: 20€ for patients registered with Medisina and 50€ for those not registered. The mutual reimburses up to €20 per session.

After graduating in clinical psychology at the ULB, Florianne Siegrist trained in family and systemic therapy at the CEFS (Center for Family and System Studies), then in brief therapy and hypnosis with Thierry Melchior. She has also been trained in RTP (Reassociative Trauma Psychotherapy) with Gerald Brassine. She consults in French, English and receives school children, teenagers, adults, couples and families in her private practice in Dion le Val, near Wavre and Louvain la Neuve. Her areas of expertise are: addictions to alcohol, sugar, tobacco, video games, tablets/eating disorders/post-traumatic stress disorder/burn-out and depression/grief and separation/anxiety disorders, anxiety, stress/phobias, obsessions, OCD/lack of self-confidence, excessive shyness/emotional management/harassment/physical and sexual abuse/toxic relationships with narcissistic manipulators

I specialise in individual counselling for psychosocial questions of all kinds, but in particular for people with Turner syndrome, autism, frail elderly and dementia. During my sessions, you can expect counselling tailored to your needs and at your pace. That is, we discuss together what is the best course of action for you. Your personal experiences that come up during our conversations are the basis for my coaching as a psychologist. It is my intention to offer you a listening ear and from there increase your self-confidence and decisiveness. This allows you to go through life stronger emotionally, physically and mentally.

Cette approche s'inspire de plusieurs courants de la psychologie en privilégiant les méthodes validées scientifiquement, notamment empruntées à la thérapie cognitivo-comportementale (TCC). Le choix des outils et des objectifs se fait avec vous, en fonction de vos besoins et préférences, et seront réévalués au fil du suivi. Je propose un suivi bienveillant et dénué de jugement afin d'accompagner toute personne faisant face à des difficultés dans son parcours de vie. J'ai pu acquérir de l'expérience dans le travail avec les adolescents, les jeunes adultes et les adultes. Je reçois toute personne à partir de 15 ans.

Mon accompagnement s’adresse aux personnes qui traversent une période difficile, souffrent d’anxiété, de stress, de difficultés relationnelles ou de questionnements personnels. Dans un cadre bienveillant, je vous accueille afin de vous aider à mieux comprendre ce que vous traversez et à mobiliser vos ressources pour avancer.

J’accorde une place centrale à la relation thérapeutique, considérant la rencontre et le lien comme des leviers essentiels du changement. La thérapie est un travail à deux, un chemin à parcourir ensemble, au rythme et selon les besoins de la personne que j’accompagne.

Mon approche s’appuie sur des outils issus de pratiques psychothérapeutiques validées, tout en restant attentive à l’unicité de chaque personne. Je m’inscris également dans une démarche de formation continue, afin de faire évoluer et d’enrichir ma pratique au service des personnes que j’accompagne.

Étant inscrite à la Commission des psychologues, je vous fournis à la fin de chaque séance un reçu officiel et une attestation pour votre mutuelle. Cette dernière vous permet d’obtenir, selon votre mutuelle, un remboursement partiel du montant de la séance.

As a licensed clinical psychologist, my therapeutic practice is based on a holistic approach to the individual, taking into account emotions, thoughts, body, behavior, spirituality and environment. My background has given me clinical experience in various fields: chronic stress, burn-out, depression, anxiety, cancer, trauma, chronic pain and psychosomatics. The therapeutic work I propose is based on brief therapy and reassociative trauma psychotherapy (RTTP). RTP is a therapeutic tool practiced with the help of strategic conversational hypnosis used for the desensitization of traumatic events whose goal is to reassociate and rebalance the different cognitive, emotional and physical perceptions in order to decrease the traumatic load. During a session, we dialogue and co-construct in order to create the conditions of change that you want to see in your life, the objective being that you can regain control over your emotions and physical sensations. My professional and personal experience also allows me to offer you mind-body tools such as relaxation, breathing, bodyscan and yoga, and psychoeducation if you suffer from chronic pain. I invite you to express yourself in a caring, empathetic and non-judgmental listening space in order to explore together what you are experiencing and to offer you a therapeutic accompaniment that takes into account your problematic and your singularity. I offer consultations for adults, in individual interviews, going through the following difficulties - Chronic and psychosomatic pain (fibromyalgia, polyarthritis, headaches, back pain, gastrointestinal disorders,...) - Anxiety, phobias - Chronic stress, exhaustion, burn-out - Difficulties related to hypersensitivity. More generally, I accompany and support you in your personal, relational, marital and professional difficulties in order to remobilize your resources and find motivation, joy of living, self-confidence and self-esteem.
