My name is Jade and I am a clinical psychologist. Our meetings will take place in a caring and non-judgmental space. My clinical training began as an intern in clinical psychology at the psychiatric unit within "Hospital General de Agudos Dr. Teodoro Alvarez" (Buenos Aires, 4years), ending up as Instructor of interns (1 year). Along the following decades, I've been working in the private medical health sector (+10 years) I consider continuous training as the basis of my clinical performance being my practice oriented by evidence-based approaches, such as cognitive behavioral treatments (CBT), and neuropsychology applied to mental health problems. During the meetings, a central place is given to defining problems, goals and approaches. As a team of work both client and therapist, work collaboratively with an active participation in the process. I´m a native Spanish speaker. Psychologue clinicienne agréée, je complète ma formation avec une spécialisation en psychothérapie intégrative. Cette approche s'inspire de plusieurs courants de la psychologie en privilégiant les méthodes validées scientifiquement, notamment empruntées à la thérapie cognitivo-comportementale (TCC). Le choix des outils et des objectifs se fait avec vous, en fonction de vos besoins et préférences, et seront réévalués au fil du suivi. Je propose un suivi bienveillant et dénué de jugement afin d'accompagner toute personne faisant face à des difficultés dans son parcours de vie. J'ai pu acquérir de l'expérience dans le travail avec les adolescents, les jeunes adultes et les adultes. Je reçois toute personne à partir de 15 ans.

Ma pratique en Planning Familial et mes formations m'ont permis de développer une éthique inclusive basée sur la singularité des personnes que je rencontre. Dans mon écoute, je combine une compréhension reposant prioritairement sur la logique subjective de l'individu, à des repères théoriques allant des enseignements historiques de la psychanalyse aux dernières découvertes des neurosciences.
