Psychologue clinicien agréé par la commission belge des psychologues, avec une expérience de 20 ans faite en grande partie en Afrique du nord et en partie en Europe, une formation théorique et une cure thérapeutico-didactique, je pratique l'accompagnement psychologique et la psychothérapie dans une perspective psychanalytique. L'espace de la consultation que je propose est un lieu d'écoute inconditionnelle, un lieu d'accueil du singulier, d'accueil d'une parole libre ou cherchant à se libérer des contraintes contextuelles, des cadres sociaux et des jugements. Un lieu de dépôt de vécus, de contenus subjectifs et de charges encombrantes, en vue renouer, à son rythme, avec soi-même, retrouver sens, retrouver ses ressources et ses facultés d'agir et de jouir de la vie. Accessible aux sujets enfants, adolescents, adultes et aux couples éprouvant n'importe quelle difficulté psychique et mal-être : avec soi-même, familiaux, sociaux, professionnels, etc., cette consultation est possible dans ces trois langues: Français, Arabe et Anglais

Portée par un profond intérêt pour l’humain et ses fonctionnements, j’ai naturellement choisi la voie de la psychologie. Engagée et bienveillante, j'ai toujours eu à cœur les relations humaines et le soin de l’autre.

Mon approche s’inscrit dans une vision humaniste de la psychothérapie. J’y intègre la parole, le travail psychocorporel, la relation thérapeutique et l’EMDR. Ainsi je m’adapte et cherche à répondre au mieux aux besoins de chacun.

Convaincue de l’importance d’une approche holistique, je m’efforce de considérer chaque patient dans toutes les dimensions de son vécu. Lorsque cela est pertinent, je n’hésite pas à travailler en réseau pour offrir un accompagnement cohérent et complet.

I am 46 years old and I am a systemic psychologist/psychotherapist. I work mainly with couples and families, but also with individuals. The people who have consulted me say that I am a gentle, calm person and that I am very invested in the interviews. They also say that I am atypical compared to the psychologist colleagues they have known, and that this characteristic is experienced in a very positive way for them. When I presented my family and personal history in my second year of postgraduate training in systemic psychology, one of the things that Ms. E. Goldbeter said to me was, "You sound like you're telling the story of a 70-year-old man, when you're only 36. You have done a lot of things in life...". Indeed, I am 46 years old and I am now a psychologist, a psychotherapist, since two years a lecturer at the University of Liege as an expert in psychology, a photographer and a musician, who puts together his different life experiences to try to make them useful in psychological meetings. I often use metaphor, humor, but also music, photography, and many other things in order to make the suffering situation presented to me as simple, clear, explicit and intelligible as possible for everyone. This collective understanding is often linked to the beginning of the resolution of the problem(s). When couples, families or individuals come to my office, I always explain to them certain points to which I pay particular attention: communication, emotions, family history, the feeling of justice and injustice experienced between people. Psychologue clinicienne, je partage mon temps entre la liaison en milieu hospitalier et mon activité indépendante au Centre l'Ecrin. Actuellement en cours de formation au troisième cycle en psychothérapie à l'UCLouvain.

Je propose des consultations individuelles pour les adultes (> 18 ans) dans un espace bienveillant et sans jugement. Mon approche se base sur une compréhension profonde de vos besoins, en adaptant chaque séance à votre rythme, vos objectifs et vos émotions du moment.

Les thématiques abordées lors des entretiens sont diverses et variées : gestion émotionnelle, difficultés relationnelles, symptomatologie anxiodépressive, addictions, affections psychosomatiques...

Que vous traversiez une période difficile ou que vous souhaitiez simplement mieux vous comprendre, je suis là pour vous accompagner avec empathie, expertise et professionnalisme.

As a psychologist, my approach is mainly based on individual contact with the person in difficulty, the interview and the in-depth examination of his/her situation and problems. Therapeutic solutions are then discussed with the person. The aim of the therapy is to make the patient aware of the problem(s) as quickly as possible and then to start a therapeutic process. Psychotherapy, support and counselling are exclusively individual. Psychotherapy on the theme of postnatal depression is offered in individual consultation or in group therapy. Discussion groups are offered to adolescents and their parents on the subject of school bullying.

Madame De Cock a suivi de nombreuses formations afin d'avoir une approche globale et le recul nécessaire pour apporter une solution adaptée à ses patients. Elle a d'abord suivi une formation à l'Université Catholique de Louvain en Psychologie clinique pour être diplômé en 2013; puis a choisi de poursuivre un cursus à Ichec Entreprise pour développer des compétence de management; enfin, de 2016 à 2019 elle a rejoint le CFNA où elle a été diplômé en Psychologie systémique (2016), Ostéopathie bio-énergétique (2017), Nutrithérapie (2019). Toutes ces formations lui permettent d'apporter les meilleures solutions possibles à ses patients. Diplômé en psychologie clinique, je propose un suivi thérapeutique individualisé dans un cadre bienveillant, empathique et non-jugeant. Mon approche se veut intégrative, c’est-à-dire que je m’inspire de plusieurs courants de la psychologie, en privilégiant les méthodes validées scientifiquement.
