Kinésithérapeute de formation, je me suis spécialisé en ostéopathie (D.O.) pour élargir ma lecture du corps et affiner ma pratique manuelle. Mon approche s'articule autour de plusieurs axes complémentaires : les chaînes musculaires et articulaires (méthode G.D.S.), la reprogrammation neuro-posturale, la kinésithérapie maxillo-faciale et le dry needling des points trigger myofasciaux.

Gérant de l'Institut Médicosportif du Centre, je travaille au quotidien aux côtés de kinésithérapeutes, de médecins du sport, d'un orthopédiste, d'un podologue, d'une naturopathe et d'une psychologue — une équipe pluridisciplinaire réunie autour d'une même exigence : comprendre le corps dans sa globalité.

Depuis 2024, je transmets également cette approche comme conférencier pour l'ASBL Kinéformation, qui forme des kinésithérapeutes diplômés à la thérapie manuelle sur les sites de Namur, Liège, La Louvière et du Luxembourg. Je suis par ailleurs coordinateur médical, kinésithérapeute et ostéopathe pour l'Académie de formation de football de la RAAL La Louvière.

Nicolas Renaux is an osteopath D.O since 2017 and a physiotherapist by training. With his numerous experiences in centers and offices, he has specialized in musculoskeletal, perinatal and pediatric treatment as well as in the visceral field. He adopts a holistic vision of osteopathy, emphasizing the globality and unity of the body. Working in his private practice and as a consultant at the C.H.U. Ambroise Paré, in the maternity, gynecology and pediatrics departments, he will do his utmost to respond to your problems in an optimal manner.

Margaux Belhocine is an osteopath at the Permanence Ostéopathique Bruxelles XCI (Chaussée de Waterloo628) in Ixelles. She welcomes you from Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm and on Saturday from 8am to 1pm by appointment. Holder of a diploma in cupping medicine and a diploma in Kinesiotaping, she takes care of infants, children and adults, but also pregnant women and athletes. She also accepts emergencies.

Diplômée d'un master de spécialisation en ostéopathie à l'ULB en 2022, mes 6 ans de formation universitaire me permettent de vous prendre en charge en toute sécurité. Patiente et à l'écoute, je vous aide dans la compréhension et le traitement de vos douleurs musculosquelettiques et nerveuses périphériques. Thanks to a university training within the Faculty of Motor Sciences in collaboration with the Faculty of Medicine, he was able to integrate a medical character essential for a reassuring, secure and effective care of the reasons of consultations of the patients. Genuinely passionate about his profession, he chose to continue training in various fields related to his osteopathic practice (pediatric osteopathy, sports osteopathy, nutrition, ...). The goal is to allow him to adapt the treatments to your needs and to be able to advise you in the best way. He is also specialized in posturology, which he integrates into his osteopathic treatment. Moreover, he has also trained in animal osteopathy! He will treat the pain of your cats, dogs and horses. I have 5 years of experience as an osteopath in my own home (after a 5-year training at the IAO, completed in 2016) and 11 years as a physiotherapist in a medical home with a very diversified care and a sharp knowledge of orthopedic disorders, sharpened by a 5-year experience as an assistant and lecturer at the International Academy of Osteopathy (Gent). His approach is based on 3 pillars: Listening: I take the time to make a good history and clinical examination with each patient to make a diagnosis. Techniques : I provide several types of osteopathic techniques : mobilizations, myotensive techniques, manipulations, cranial or visceral techniques, inhibition, hooking... Time: The session lasts 60 minutes in order to ensure a qualitative care to each patient. I deeply love my job and am comfortable with all types of people.

Mes domaines de compétences comprennent les lombalgies et cervicalgies aiguës et chroniques, le traitement des radiculopahies ( lombo-sciatalgie/cruralgie et cervico-brachialgie) traitement des céphalée, des troubles de l’articulation temporo-mandibulaire ainsi que les autres problèmes de l’appareil locomoteur. Je prends également en charge les pathologies de la femme enceinte, j’ai travaillé pendant plusieurs années au service maternité du CHU St pierre à Bruxelles en tant que kinésithérapeute et ai également été formé à la prise en charge ostéopathique des lombalgies et lombosciatalgie chez la femme enceinte.

Diplômé en kinésithérapie et acupuncture depuis plusieurs années, je bénéficie d’une bonne expérience en orthopédie et traumatologie sportive, je mixe mes compétences lors des séances afin d’optimiser les résultats.

Je donne une importance particulière à l’anamnèse et au bilan afin de permettre une prise en charge ciblée dans un cadre de sécurité optimal.
