Dr. Edward Ansari is a specialist in ENT - Head and Neck Surgery. After graduating in 2012 from his medical studies at Leiden University (The Netherlands), he served as a clinical researcher in craniofacial surgery at the world-renowned Necker–Enfants Malades Children’s Hospital in Paris, France. In 2013, Dr. Ansari began his residency training in general surgery (common trunk) and later in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery, training across the university hospitals of Liège and Antwerp in Belgium. After completing his residency and obtaining a New York State medical license (License No. 300458), he completed the highly competitive fellowship in Head and Neck Oncological and Reconstructive Surgery at The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City.
Following his surgical training, he passed both the European Board Examination in Otorhinolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery and the European Board Examination for Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. In 2026, he earned his PhD in the Department of Head and Neck Surgical Oncology at the University Medical Center Utrecht (UMC Utrecht) under the supervision of Prof. dr. R. de Bree. He has published over 30 manuscripts and chapters in peer-reviewed medical journals and textbooks.
He consults with patients at Clinique du Parc Leopold and Clinique de la Basilique.
