I have a master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology from the ULB with a specialization in parenting support from the UCL. Using an integrative approach that reconciles psychoanalysis, behavioral and humanistic therapies, I propose that we work together in the understanding and resolution of problematic situations. Understanding the conceptual and cultural framework of others is the basis of the work I propose to undertake. Having worked in Latin America and practicing with expatriates, I attach particular importance to language, which can bring valuable subtleties to the therapeutic work. I receive in French as well as in Portuguese. The modalities and rhythm of the sessions will be determined during the first meetings where we will be able to identify the nature of the problem. I receive clients at the Mimosa Center in Brussels on Mondays and Saturdays for individual, family or couple counselling. My consultations are aimed at teenagers, adults and elderly people to whom I offer home follow-ups if necessary. Je suis psychologue clinicienne, diplômée d’un Master en sciences psychologiques, à finalité spécialisée en psychologie clinique, obtenu à l’Université Catholique de Louvain. Je suis agréée par la Commission des Psychologues. J’accompagne les adolescents et les adultes en cabinet et en visioconsultation.

Je propose un accompagnement centré sur les émotions et le bien-être (stress, anxiété, dépression, insomnie, burn-out, rumination mentale, angoisses du quotidien…), les épreuves personnelles (deuil, séparation, perte de repères, questionnements existentiels…), les relations et la communication (couple, famille, gestion des conflits, affirmation de soi, peur du jugement, relations avec autrui…), ainsi que l’équilibre de vie (retrouver sérénité et mieux gérer ses émotions…).
