I consult every Monday afternoon from 1pm to 6pm at Rue de Tenbosch 85, office n°4. My main objective is to provide psychological support to my patients, using attentive and empathetic listening.

Passionate about life, human potential and physical and psychic healing processes, I help people who want to change a facet of their existence. Beyond individual consultations, I propose an original protocol based on the strength of the group and a reprogramming of the unconscious, at the heart of the emotions. This environment allows them to evolve more rapidly and in depth. I integrate a palette of therapeutic tools on three levels: physical, psychological and spiritual. I complete this approach with a systems vision, from the individual to the group, through couples and families. I have taught at the Nursing School of the Erasmus University Hospital and at the Belgian Osteopathic Society. I currently continue to supervise professionals, therapists and coaches. In addition to these therapeutic activities, I encourage group expression through the body and writing. I create opportunities to stimulate the healthy part of the individual, his vitality, his creativity, his relational intelligence and his joy of living in movement and music.

Specialized in burn-out, anxiety and relationship problems. She can receive you in English and French and welcomes you to her private practice in Wavre from Monday to Friday from 8am to 2pm.

Laura Pereira Moita is an adult clinical psychologist, trained in psychotraumatology. Her practice is called "integrative" and is inspired by cognitive-behavioral and emotional therapies with a particular interest in relational dynamics. A space for free speech is offered to you, tailored to your needs and expectations. In order to respond to current health measures, remote consultations are also organized (by phone calls or videoconferences) on weekdays, in addition to face-to-face consultations. His private practice is located in the heart of Brussels (Central Station) and is very well connected. After having taken some time to get to know each other, concrete methods will be proposed to you, made to measure for and with you, at your own pace, on the themes that concern you. Her professional experiences have allowed her to train in different methods of stress management (chronic stress, professional, school and/or parental burnout) and anxiety (generalized, performance, social, phobias or other). We will also look at relational difficulties (relational and family conflicts and/or difficulties in asserting oneself) as well as self-confidence. All of this, while relying on your existing strengths. She therefore offers you an eclectic accompaniment that is best adapted to your life history and your personal sensitivities.

Psychotherapist with an analytical orientation. In addition to my private practice, I work in several health care institutions (Psychiatric Centers, Outpatient Services for drug addicts, Mental Health Services, Family Planning Centers, Maison Verte). My care practice is based on verbal exchange and its elaboration. It is an active listening that takes into account the singularity of each person as well as their request. I receive in consultation all persons struggling with a malaise, a symptom or a questioning.

Diplômé d’un Master en Psychologie clinique et Psychopathologie, ainsi que d’un Master en Neuropsychologie et développement cognitif, j’accorde également une attention particulière aux dimensions cognitives, attentionnelles et neurologiques qui peuvent influencer votre quotidien.
