I have a master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology from the ULB with a specialization in parenting support from the UCL. Using an integrative approach that reconciles psychoanalysis, behavioral and humanistic therapies, I propose that we work together in the understanding and resolution of problematic situations. As a licensed clinical psychologist, my therapeutic practice is based on a holistic approach to the individual, taking into account emotions, thoughts, body, behavior, spirituality and environment. The therapeutic work I propose is based on brief therapy and reassociative trauma psychotherapy (RTTP). RTP is a therapeutic tool practiced with the help of strategic conversational hypnosis used for the desensitization of traumatic events whose goal is to reassociate and rebalance the different cognitive, emotional and physical perceptions in order to decrease the traumatic load. During a session, we dialogue and co-construct in order to create the conditions of change that you want to see in your life, the objective being that you can regain control over your emotions and physical sensations. My professional and personal experience also allows me to offer you mind-body tools such as relaxation, breathing, bodyscan and yoga, and psychoeducation if you suffer from chronic pain. I invite you to express yourself in a caring, empathetic and non-judgmental listening space in order to explore together what you are experiencing and to offer you a therapeutic accompaniment that takes into account your problematic and your singularity. I offer consultations for adults, in individual interviews, going through the following difficulties - Chronic and psychosomatic pain (fibromyalgia, polyarthritis, headaches, back pain, gastrointestinal disorders,...) - Anxiety, phobias - Chronic stress, exhaustion, burn-out - Difficulties related to hypersensitivity. More generally, I accompany and support you in your personal, relational, marital and professional difficulties in order to remobilize your resources and find motivation, joy of living, self-confidence and self-esteem.
