I am a Clinical Psychologist, accredited by the Commission of Psychologists. I graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in June 2010. I am specialized in perinatal support and parenting support. I also accompany any person wishing to work on themselves or going through a period of difficulty (bereavement, break-up, burn-out, depression, loss of employment, illness, relationship difficulties, ...) For more than ten years, I have worked in the accompaniment of children and parents in various crèches, schools and day-care centers linked to the European institutions of Brussels. These structures in which I had the opportunity to evolve welcomed a very large number of children and therefore parents, which allowed me to develop and enrich my experience in the field. My passions have always been people and their relationships. I communicate easily and I enjoy taking care of the people around me. I have chosen to dedicate my daily life to improving the quality of life of people who need it. I am continuously training myself through conferences, readings, interdisciplinary exchanges and supervisions, and this with the aim of always meeting the different expectations of my patients. Graduated from a Master in Osteopathy (M.Ost) at the European School of Osteopathy in 2019 in England, I worked for 4 years in various practices before moving back to Belgium. I provide personalised treatments to help with multiple complains (musculoskeletal, articular, visceral, headache,...) and guide patients towards finding a better quality of life. I work in collaboration with my patients and will adapt to their individual needs and preferences. I always take into consideration the body as a whole including the emotional aspect. My appointments are open for people of all ages - children, pregnant woman, elderly, etc. Always curious to improve my practice, I regularly attend training in different specialities to keep up to date with science and to continue to increase my expertise. Graduated in osteopathy at the Superior School of Osteopathy of Greater Montpellier (Establishment approved by the French Ministry of Health), Mrs. Nafnaf is specialized in cranial, visceral and musculoskeletal osteopathy. Mrs. Nafnaf consults on Mondays at the Body Positive Studio (in Uccle), on Wednesdays and Fridays at the Stay Strong Center (in Forest) and on Thursdays at the Body Move Clinic (in Brussels).

I have 5 years of experience as an osteopath in my own home (after a 5-year training at the IAO, completed in 2016) and 11 years as a physiotherapist in a medical home with a very diversified care and a sharp knowledge of orthopedic disorders, sharpened by a 5-year experience as an assistant and lecturer at the International Academy of Osteopathy (Gent). His approach is based on 3 pillars: Listening: I take the time to make a good history and clinical examination with each patient to make a diagnosis. Techniques : I provide several types of osteopathic techniques : mobilizations, myotensive techniques, manipulations, cranial or visceral techniques, inhibition, hooking...
