Alain Degols est psychothérapeute depuis 10 ans et juriste depuis près de 25 ans. Intervenant stratégique au sein des entreprises (employeur/travailleur) et au sein des familles (conjoints, ascendants/descendants), il est spécialiste du burn-out, des conflits familiaux et des troubles liés à l'angoisse, au stress et à l'anxiété. Il est diplômé en psychothérapie systémique (IGB), titulaire d'un master en droit (UCL) et est co-fondateur du centre belge de médiation familiale. Il vous accueille dans ses cabinets situés à Uccle et à Jette.

In my consultations I offer psychotherapeutic support or Coaching follow-up (personal or professional) to help you achieve your goals.

As a licensed clinical psychologist, my therapeutic practice is based on a holistic approach to the individual, taking into account emotions, thoughts, body, behavior, spirituality and environment. My background has given me clinical experience in various fields: chronic stress, burn-out, depression, anxiety, cancer, trauma, chronic pain and psychosomatics. The therapeutic work I propose is based on brief therapy and reassociative trauma psychotherapy (RTTP). RTP is a therapeutic tool practiced with the help of strategic conversational hypnosis used for the desensitization of traumatic events whose goal is to reassociate and rebalance the different cognitive, emotional and physical perceptions in order to decrease the traumatic load. During a session, we dialogue and co-construct in order to create the conditions of change that you want to see in your life, the objective being that you can regain control over your emotions and physical sensations. My professional and personal experience also allows me to offer you mind-body tools such as relaxation, breathing, bodyscan and yoga, and psychoeducation if you suffer from chronic pain. I invite you to express yourself in a caring, empathetic and non-judgmental listening space in order to explore together what you are experiencing and to offer you a therapeutic accompaniment that takes into account your problematic and your singularity. I offer consultations for adults, in individual interviews, going through the following difficulties - Chronic and psychosomatic pain (fibromyalgia, polyarthritis, headaches, back pain, gastrointestinal disorders,...) - Anxiety, phobias - Chronic stress, exhaustion, burn-out - Difficulties related to hypersensitivity. More generally, I accompany and support you in your personal, relational, marital and professional difficulties in order to remobilize your resources and find motivation, joy of living, self-confidence and self-esteem.

Psychologue clinicienne agréée, je reçois des adultes en individuel, en couple ou accompagné de leurs proches dans un cadre chaleureux, sécurisant et bienveillant. Ma pratique est « intégrative » : je m’appuie sur le courant systémique et l’approche humaniste, tout en y ajoutant des outils TCCE et de l’hypnose en fonction de vos besoins. Je travaille également beaucoup avec les émotions, la thérapie ACT et différents médias (livre, image, vidéo, métaphore, Dixit, ...).

Le principe essentiel dans ma rencontre avec vous est la co-construction : vous êtes le mieux placé pour savoir ce que vous vivez et ressentez et je me positionne comme une aide à votre propre exploration. Je vois mon métier comme l’accompagnement de mes patients dans la compréhension et l’appropriation de leur existence, ainsi que dans leurs propres transformations. C’est pourquoi une séance avec moi est un véritable échange et non pas une discussion à sens unique.

Mes domaines de prédilection sont les questions existentielles, le rapport aux autres, la gestion des émotions, l’assertivité et confiance en soi ainsi que les troubles de l'humeur et le burnout professionnel.

Soucieuse de répondre au mieux à vos besoins, je continue de me former pour vous offrir la prise en charge la plus pertinente possible.

Ma pratique en Planning Familial et mes formations m'ont permis de développer une éthique inclusive basée sur la singularité des personnes que je rencontre. Dans mon écoute, je combine une compréhension reposant prioritairement sur la logique subjective de l'individu, à des repères théoriques allant des enseignements historiques de la psychanalyse aux dernières découvertes des neurosciences.
