Graduated in physiotherapy from ULB in 2021. I practice general physiotherapy including orthopedic (muscle, joint) and trauma (accident and operation) physiotherapy. My physiotherapy sessions are motivated by the desire to allow my patients to regain their autonomy and optimal physical capacity.

I am an independent physiotherapist with a passion for sports and exercise. My goal is to address any type of pathology in an active and qualitative way in order to achieve physical and mental well-being. Having obtained a master's degree in physical education at the Free University of Brussels, I naturally moved towards physiotherapy and rehabilitation, a discipline in which I graduated in 2022. While working, I undertook a specialization master's degree in sports physiotherapy in order to combine the two professions. This concluded positively in 2023. The different skills acquired allow me, if necessary, to offer my patients a specific rehabilitation program. Dynamic and attentive, I also take care of different types of pathology: orthopedics, traumatology, cardio-respiratory revalidation, geriatrics, neurology, etc.

Graduated from the Free University of Brussels with great distinction, I practice general physiotherapy including modern and comprehensive care. Passionate about the functioning and capabilities of the human body, it is with kindness that I accompany you on your treatment journey. Depuis toujours lié au corps, en premier temps en tant que Préparateur Physique dans différents domaines, puis du côté des soins de santé avec une vision du "corps en mouvement" (on est fait pour bouger).

L'importance d'une bonne anamnèse, d'une bonne réflexion autour de la personne, des problèmes qui se présentent, et bien comprendre le tout pour une meilleure prise en charge fait partie des priorités dans la prise en charge, pas seulement soulager, sinon essayer de trouver le problème de base (d'origine) et d'essayer de l'enlever et/ou le corriger.

I have a master's degree in physical therapy from the HEPH in Condorcet and have followed a training in respiratory physiotherapy. Diplomée d'un master en kinésithérapie en 2020 à la Haute Ecole Leonard de Vinci - Parnasse, j'ai acquis de l'expérience dans différents cabinets et hôpitaux. En plus de la kinésithérapie générale, principalement orthopédique, j'ai suivi une formation en thérapie manuelle qui m'a permis de développer des techniques afin de diminuer les douleurs, de retrouver de la mobilité et donc d'améliorer les capacités fonctionnelles. Je suis également formée au Pilates Matwork 1 ce qui me permet de vous proposer des exercices de revalidation doux afin de renforcer les muscles centraux et d'équilibrer le corps.
