Diplômée d'un master en kinésithérapie et réadaptation à l'ULB, j'exerce actuellement au centre Mimosa en tant que kinésithérapeute conventionnée. J'ai également travaillé pendant 3 ans à l'hôpital Erasme au sein du Service de Gériatrie. Je peux donc réaliser avec vous des bilans fonctionnels (force musculaire, équilibre, ...) et vous accompagner dans la récupération de votre autonomie afin de vous offrir une meilleure qualité de vie. De nature enjouée et dynamique, j'ai à cœur d'accompagner les plus petits comme les plus âgés à gagner en autonomie et à trouver/garder leur indépendance fonctionnelle. Mon expérience au sein de 2 hôpitaux universitaires m'a permis de diversifier mes compétences et me pousse à me former toujours davantage pour vous accompagner au mieux dans votre rééducation. Depuis toujours lié au corps, en premier temps en tant que Préparateur Physique dans différents domaines, puis du côté des soins de santé avec une vision du "corps en mouvement" (on est fait pour bouger).

L'importance d'une bonne anamnèse, d'une bonne réflexion autour de la personne, des problèmes qui se présentent, et bien comprendre le tout pour une meilleure prise en charge fait partie des priorités dans la prise en charge, pas seulement soulager, sinon essayer de trouver le problème de base (d'origine) et d'essayer de l'enlever et/ou le corriger.
