M. Nebor is very encouraging and always pays close attention during exercises and makes corrections to ensure safe and effective form. He consistently introduced a variety of exercises and movements to keep the sessions engaging and non-repetitive. He speaks English well, in instruction as well as chat. He listens to feedback and will adapt the session as needed. High recommendation.

I was facing some back and neck problems for some months due to physical inactivity and stress. I booked a first check up with doctor Clement and after carefully evaluation he created a dedicated plan for me. After two sessions only I was already gaining my mobility and I have to say my overall wellbeing improved. With doctor Clement you will notice immediately an innovative approach tailoring the patient. Also, considering my weak physical preparation, he understood my limits but still challenging me to improve my mobility. Totally Recommended!
