Je suis Ambre, kinésithérapeute diplômée en 2021 d’un Master en kinésithérapie générale, et je me suis récemment spécialisée en kinésithérapie uro-gynécologique. 

Grâce à cette formation complémentaire de 2 ans, je suis particulièrement formée pour prendre en charge les pathologies urinaires et fécales (incontinences, constipation,…), les troubles sexuels et douloureux (dyspareunie, vaginisme,…), ainsi que la kinésithérapie périnatale (prénatale et postnatale). 

Mon approche personnalisée vise à soulager vos douleurs et améliorer votre bien-être, que ce soit pendant la grossesse, après l’accouchement, ou pour traiter des troubles urogénitaux et sexuels.

Passionate about the human body, I finished my physiotherapy studies at the Haute école libre de Bruxelles in June 2019 with great distinction. I worked in a nursing home, in a private practice (the alternative care and therapy center) as well as at the Bracops hospital on an outpatient basis and as an inpatient in the surgery department. I currently work in two offices located in Woluwe-Saint-Pierre and Evere. I graduated in physiotherapy in France in 2011. During my professional career, I have specialised in different fields (sports rehabilitation, urogynaecology, respiratory...). These specialisations have allowed me to acquire know-how and to develop my skills. The passion I have for my work, my professional experience and my various training courses enable me to respond to the problems and needs encountered by patients. My therapeutic approach is rigorous, educational, dynamic and respectful of all.

Sensitized to active listening in order to best adjust the treatment to the request of her patient, Pénélope Chariot practices orthopedic (muscle, joint, etc.) and trauma (accidents, operations) physiotherapy with babies, children and adults. ,...). Specializing in Manual Therapy, she approaches the pathology using gentle manipulations, joint mobilizations, and kinesiological tests. She has a cranio-sacral and visceral approach and also refines her practice by opening up to energetic Chinese medicine and microkinesis. His skills guide him towards a holistic way of approaching treatment. His easy contact with babies/children allows him to welcome them with complete serenity in a soothing environment.

She is a specialist in prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, orthopedics and respiratory physiotherapy.
