Diplômée en kinésithérapie, je suis spécialisée en rééducation abdomino-pelvienne et périnatale ainsi qu'en drainage lymphatique.

J’accompagne les femmes, les hommes et les enfants pour les troubles abdomino-pelviens (douleurs, incontinence…), ainsi que les femmes pendant la grossesse et après l’accouchement.

Chaque prise en charge est personnalisée, dans un cadre bienveillant, avec une approche globale pour vous aider à retrouver confort et confiance dans votre corps.

Je vous reçois au centre La Lanterne à Waterloo.


Vous pouvez également me retrouver à la Clinique Saint-Jean à Bruxelles. Pour les rendez-vous sur Bruxelles, la prise de rendez-vous se fait par téléphone.

ravie de mon rdv malgré le petit retard qui n'est vraiment pas grave. Première fois pour moi dans ce centre pluridisciplinaire, je dirais juste que la salle d'attente toilette n'est pas très propre en arrivant pour une première fois, après j'étais ravie de mon soin

Très bonne kiné, à l’écoute, douce et vraiment impliquée. Elle prend le temps à chaque séance, explique les choses simplement et propose des exercices adaptés qu’on peut facilement refaire chez soi. On se sent en confiance et bien accompagné du début à la fin.

Jade est une kiné extraordinaire. Cela faisait longtemps que je n’avais pas accroché autant avec une praticienne. Elle est ponctuelle, à l’écoute et de bon conseil. Elle aime ce qu’elle fait et cela se ressent. Je la recommande sans hésiter !

J'ai été très bien accueille et tout s'est passé à merveille. Les exercices étaient adaptés, je me suis sentie parfaitement comprise, et je suis repartie avec des exercices à faire à domicile. Cela m'a permis d'avoir une récupération rapide. Je recommande vivement.
