I worked in a nursing home, in a private practice (the alternative care and therapy center) as well as at the Bracops hospital on an outpatient basis and as an inpatient in the surgery department. La santé de la femme et la périnatalité me tenant à coeur, je me suis spécialisée en pelvi-périnéologie féminine. J'accompagne les femmes durant la grossesse pour une préparation à l'accouchement, les femmes venant d'accoucher pour une rééducation périnéale et abdominale, les femmes souffrant de troubles urinaires, de douleurs pelviennes, ou d'endométriose. Je travaille également avec la méthode Pilates pour vous accompagner dans un renforcement de la sangle abdominale profonde.

Sportswoman and always interested in the human body and helping people, it was quite natural that I studied physiotherapy at the Leonard de Vinci high school. Graduating in 2022, I directly began a specialization in pelvi-perineology at UCL. I treat men and women both in general physiotherapy (orthopedics, sports injuries, geriatrics, etc.) and in abdominopelvic rehabilitation. Mon parcours scolaire m'a permis d'enrichir mes connaissances dans plusieurs domaines tels que la pédiatrie, la gériatrie ou encore les soins intensifs. Ma curiosité et mon envie d'approfondir mes connaissances m'ont amenée à me lancer dans un deuxième master dédié à la rééducation abdomino-pelvienne et la périnatalité. Je reste cependant disponible pour vous accompagner pour tout traitement utile à votre rééducation avec comme objectif une contribution au bien-être de mes patients ainsi qu'au maintien de leur autonomie mais également pour une meilleure qualité de vie.

These specialisations have allowed me to acquire know-how and to develop my skills. Graduated with a master's degree in physiotherapy at ISEK in 2021, practitioner Julian GILLES treats all types of pathology. Specializing in trauma and orthopedics, as well as lymphatic drainage. He will be able to adapt to your pathology and your expectations in order to offer the most personalized treatment possible.

Trained in perineal and perinatal rehabilitation, I see you in my office for all pathologies linked to these spheres: urinary (incontinence, overactive bladder, etc.), anorectal (constipation, incontinence, etc.) and sexual (pain , vaginismus, etc.). I also support the woman in her maternity ward through preparation for childbirth and relief of pregnancy-related pain, and subsequently during active postnatal rehabilitation of the perineum and abdominal muscles.
