Bonjour et bienvenue ! Je suis kinésithérapeute diplômée, spécialisée en kinésithérapie générale et en rééducation périnéale.

Je vous accompagne pour tous vos besoins en kinésithérapie : douleurs musculaires ou articulaires, rééducation fonctionnelle, troubles posturaux, drainage manuel, soins post-opératoires ou suivi après une blessure.

💡 Je suis également formée pour la rééducation du périnée chez la femme adulte, et je prends en charge avec bienveillance des problématiques telles que :

  • fuites urinaires (incontinence),
  • descente d’organes (prolapsus),
  • douleurs pelviennes,
  • rééducation abdomino-périnéale
  • rééducation après accouchement.

Coleen est très sympathique et met rapidement à l’aise. Elle prend le temps d’expliquer chaque exercice en détail et est toujours très à l’écoute. Suivie pour une rééducation du périnée, je me suis sentie tout de suite en confiance, alors que ce n’est pas toujours évident lors de ce type de kiné.

Suivie pour des séances de rééducation périnéale en tant que femme ménopausée, avec tous les désagréments que cela peut entraîner. Elle a été à l’écoute, professionnelle et très compétente. J’ai vu une réelle amélioration. Je la recommande vivement !
