La santé de la femme et la périnatalité me tenant à coeur, je me suis spécialisée en pelvi-périnéologie féminine. J'accompagne les femmes durant la grossesse pour une préparation à l'accouchement, les femmes venant d'accoucher pour une rééducation périnéale et abdominale, les femmes souffrant de troubles urinaires, de douleurs pelviennes, ou d'endométriose. Je travaille également avec la méthode Pilates pour vous accompagner dans un renforcement de la sangle abdominale profonde.

Diplômée de l'HELB en Kinésithérapie, je vous propose un accompagnement au centre Corpore Sano dans la rééducation de vos différentes pathologies avec une préférence pour les problèmes uro-gynécologiques ainsi que la périnatalité. Mon parcours scolaire m'a permis d'enrichir mes connaissances dans plusieurs domaines tels que la pédiatrie, la gériatrie ou encore les soins intensifs. Ma curiosité et mon envie d'approfondir mes connaissances m'ont amenée à me lancer dans un deuxième master dédié à la rééducation abdomino-pelvienne et la périnatalité. Je reste cependant disponible pour vous accompagner pour tout traitement utile à votre rééducation avec comme objectif une contribution au bien-être de mes patients ainsi qu'au maintien de leur autonomie mais également pour une meilleure qualité de vie.

Je suis Ambre, kinésithérapeute diplômée en 2021 d’un Master en kinésithérapie générale, et je me suis récemment spécialisée en kinésithérapie uro-gynécologique. 

Grâce à cette formation complémentaire de 2 ans, je suis particulièrement formée pour prendre en charge les pathologies urinaires et fécales (incontinences, constipation,…), les troubles sexuels et douloureux (dyspareunie, vaginisme,…), ainsi que la kinésithérapie périnatale (prénatale et postnatale). 

Mon approche personnalisée vise à soulager vos douleurs et améliorer votre bien-être, que ce soit pendant la grossesse, après l’accouchement, ou pour traiter des troubles urogénitaux et sexuels.

I graduated in Kinesitherapy and Rehabilitation from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in 2021. In addition to general and ortho-traumatic kinesitherapy, I also practice manual therapy and posturology. I am also following a specialized training in sports physiotherapy since August in order to improve my skills in this field. I have been practicing sports since I was very young, and as a former karate teacher in an international school and black belt (2nd dan) I am passionate about sports and its effects. My ability to listen and my human skills have been recognized by my teachers, I make it a point of honor to make your health my priority. Sessions can be conducted in several languages, including Italian, English, French and Spanish.

I also practice physical therapy for musculoskeletal disorders (sprains, fractures, post-operation, low back pain, neck pain, tendinopathy...) and I am specialized in the treatment of runners. In parallel to the Mimosa Center, I work at the Molière-Longchamp hospital in the orthopedic outpatient department as well as in the Therapeos practice dedicated to women (childbirth preparation, pregnancy-related pain, post-natal rehabilitation, pain and perineal disorders, sports support). Elena Trifan, has a master's degree in physical therapy and specializes in pelvic-perineal rehabilitation. She treats all disorders of the gynecological, urological, proctological, pelvic floor and abdominal girdle. In order to ensure optimal, global and individual care, she also specializes in global postural rehabilitation (Souchard method). In addition, she deals with all problems of the maxillofacial sphere (adults) and cardiovascular disorders.

Trained in perineal and perinatal rehabilitation, I see you in my office for all pathologies linked to these spheres: urinary (incontinence, overactive bladder, etc.), anorectal (constipation, incontinence, etc.) and sexual (pain , vaginismus, etc.). I also support the woman in her maternity ward through preparation for childbirth and relief of pregnancy-related pain, and subsequently during active postnatal rehabilitation of the perineum and abdominal muscles.
