De par l’arrêté royal du 19/02/1997, mon titre est le seul à être reconnu ; faire appel à un diététicien nutritionniste agréé vous garanti une prise en charge nutritionnelle basée sur des connaissances scientifiques.

Un soutien régulier est la clé d’une efficacité sur le long terme, c’est pourquoi les consultations suivantes viseront à adapter notre plan face à de nouvelles situations ou devant des demandes spécifiques. Ces séances d’une demi-heure viseront à consolider les acquis et à aller plus loin encore !

Ma pratique comporte l'ostéopathie générale, également une prise en charge des tensions musculo-squelettiques, des cervicales aux lombaires, en passant par les troubles de l’articulation temporo-mandibulaire et les troubles de la sphère abdominale, par exemple.

Tout type de patients et patientes sont les bienvenus, je suis en mesure de vous proposer des consultations pédiatriques, mais également pour les femmes enceintes.

J'aurai le plaisir de vous accueillir dans une ambiance chaleureuse et en misant sur une écoute attentive et une sincère intention empathique. Le tout en collaboration avec une équipe multidisciplinaire, dont votre kiné, sage-femme, médecin ou dentiste.

A consultation begins with a clinical interrogation in order to let the patient express his complaint. This is followed by a complete clinical examination with the objective of identifying the pain as well as its origin and finally, the consultation ends with an adapted treatment accompanied by preventive advice to avoid that the complaint returns.

Je prends en charge chaque personne de façon personnalisée en fonction de la pathologie et du contexte associé.

Ainsi je pratique l'ostéopathie générale afin de prendre en charge tous types de douleurs, des cervicales aux lombaires ainsi que les troubles de l'articulation temporo-mandibulaire (ATM) en alliant différentes techniques adaptées au mieux à vos besoins.

J'accueille tout type de patient·e·s à partir de 6 ans que ce soit pour un torticolis, des douleurs associées au post-partum, des migraines ou tout autres troubles musculo-squelettique au centre Revago.

Graduated from ULB after 6 years of training (a bachelor's degree and 2 master's degrees), I welcome you for your pain and/or blockages of the musculoskeletal system; namely everything relating to muscles, joints and nerves. You are therefore welcome for any acute or chronic problem of low back pain, neck pain, jaw pain/clicking, after-effects of sprains, contractures, inter-costal neuralgia… I also offer support for the pregnancy as well as relief from abdominal pain linked to stress or organic pathologies (Crohn's, UCHR, gastrointestinal reflux). Osteopathy has also demonstrated its effectiveness in the treatment of tension headaches, which are headaches caused by lack of sleep, stress or poor posture. My personal journey made me discover osteopathy by chance. Since childhood, I have always been attracted to the medical field and the art of healing. But in a situation where conventional medicine and medications could not help me, it was thanks to osteopathy and the healing power of the hands that I was able to get better. So I wanted to study myself and learn how to “unblock” others without resorting to medication. I am also very interested in the psychological and emotional dimension of any illness, and this is among other things why I decided to take Chinese medicine courses at the same time at E.T.T.C. in Namur (I do not yet practice in this discipline). This different approach to the human body will allow me to deepen the holistic vision of the person and their illness. I pay particular attention to welcoming you with kindness and active listening, in order to allow the letting go and relaxation essential to healing. I also work Saturday and/or Sunday for emergency osteopathy appointments.

François De Cock, osteopath D.O., graduate of the William Garner Sutherland Institute. I work on dysfunctions that cause a decrease in mobility of the body's tissues. I practice osteopathy with a global vision of health. I treat all types of patients: infants, children, adolescents, pregnant women, the elderly and athletes. I listen to your needs and my preventive and curative vision includes a nutritional approach. At each session, I give you varied and adapted advice (osteo, naturopathy, nutrition, yoga, ...). I consult in Brussels and in the Ardennes. Payment in cash requested. I speak French, English and Spanish. In case of cancellation of an appointment, please inform me 24 hours in advance.

Graduated from a Master in Osteopathy (M.Ost) at the European School of Osteopathy in 2019 in England, I worked for 4 years in various practices before moving back to Belgium. I provide personalised treatments to help with multiple complains (musculoskeletal, articular, visceral, headache,...) and guide patients towards finding a better quality of life. I work in collaboration with my patients and will adapt to their individual needs and preferences. I always take into consideration the body as a whole including the emotional aspect. My appointments are open for people of all ages - children, pregnant woman, elderly, etc. Always curious to improve my practice, I regularly attend training in different specialities to keep up to date with science and to continue to increase my expertise. Having done my studies in English as well as working in England for a few years, I am more than happy to see any non-French speaking patient and will be able to communicate easily
