Depuis toujours lié au corps, en premier temps en tant que Préparateur Physique dans différents domaines, puis du côté des soins de santé avec une vision du "corps en mouvement" (on est fait pour bouger).

L'importance d'une bonne anamnèse, d'une bonne réflexion autour de la personne, des problèmes qui se présentent, et bien comprendre le tout pour une meilleure prise en charge fait partie des priorités dans la prise en charge, pas seulement soulager, sinon essayer de trouver le problème de base (d'origine) et d'essayer de l'enlever et/ou le corriger.

Astrid de Bellefroid has been a professional physiotherapist since 2009. She studied at the Catholic University of Louvain and holds a master's degree in physiotherapy. She completed a dissertation on neurology, and the place of the object in neurological rehabilitation of the upper limb. She also worked in a medical center and in a private practice, in Berlin. She is a specialist in prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, orthopedics and respiratory physiotherapy. You can find her at the Solilau medical center in Rosières, as well as at her private practice in Lasne.

Graduated with a master in physiotherapy from the Leonardo da Vinci / Parnasse-Isei high school, the physiotherapist Melanie Van Wassenhove practices at the Take'in Care paramedical center (brusselsesteenweg 159, 3080 Tervuren) and also does home visits on request of her patients. Je suis spécialisé plus particulièrement dans les douleurs du dos, des hanches et des genoux, ainsi que dans la rééducation des blessures sportive.

Mon approche combine des techniques manuelles, des exercices spécifiques et de l'éducation thérapeutique, afin de soulager la douleur, restaurer la fonction et éviter les récidives.

Sportif amateur, j’ai pratiqué différents sports tels que la course à pied, le beach-volley, le football, la natation et le tennis.
