Diplômé en kinésithérapie de la Haute École Leonard De Vinci en 2017, j'ai acquis une vaste expérience dans la gestion des blessures sportives et des problèmes musculo-squelettiques. En plus de ma formation initiale, j'ai suivi des cours de kinésithérapie du sport à Paris, obtenu un certificat universitaire en thérapie manuelle orthopédique à l'Université catholique de Louvain (UCL), et suivi une formation en évaluation et préparation physique à l'Université de Poitiers. Je crois en une approche personnalisée pour chaque patient. Que vous soyez un athlète cherchant à améliorer vos performances, quelqu'un en quête de reprise du sport après une blessure, ou désireux d'améliorer votre condition physique, je m'engage à comprendre vos besoins uniques.

1er rendez-vous rassurant sur mes problèmes de lombalgie. Benjamin a posé de nombreuses questions et fait plusieurs tests afin de circonscrire le problème. approche intégrant le neurodynamique et la remise en mouvement.
