Passionnée par la diététique, j'entame mes études à l'Institut Paul Lambin en 2019. Le diplôme en poche, je décide de me spécialiser dans la diététique sportive à la Haute Ecole de la Province de Liège. Je poursuis ma formation à l'UCL par un master en sciences de la santé publique.

Après avoir pratiqué de la danse pendant 10 ans (classique, contemporaine, moderne), je pratique aujourd'hui du triathlon.

J'adore les nouveaux défis et j'accompagnerai mes patients dans les leurs. Le tout dans la bienveillance et en tenant compte de leurs habitudes et de leurs attentes.

Diététicienne passionnée, je vous accompagne sans aucun régime restrictif ni culpabilité. Je suis convaincue que bien manger doit rimer avec plaisir et vitalité, et non avec frustration.

Mon approche combine nutrithérapie, médecine fonctionnelle et du soutien psycho-émotionnel grâce à la programmation neuro-linguistique afin de vous aider à conscientiser vos habitudes et comportements alimentaires.

Nous identifierons avec un questionnaire et éventuellement des examens, vos déséquilibres physiologiques, carences et surcharges en nutriments essentiels (vitamines, minéraux, protéines, acides aminés, hormones…), pour soutenir métabolisme, hormones, microbiote, immunité et vos muscles, tout en préservant la santé de vos cellules et leur fonctionnement. , pour aboutir à un protocole et des conseils adaptés.

During our meetings, before giving the first advice, I will listen and evaluate, without judgment, your current eating habits. But it doesn't stop there. To make the advice a lasting part of your life, you need personalized support and follow-up to motivate, support and encourage you. I can also help you on: the choice of the food to be privileged, to decipher the lists of the ingredients and the nutritional labels, the modes of cooking,? The first consultation (60 minutes) is the occasion to make knowledge, to make your nutritional and dietetic assessment and morphological analysis (if necessary). This will allow me to create your file and give you the first advice according to your needs and requests. We will then schedule follow-up consultations (20-30 minutes) to continue the accompaniment and adjust if necessary
