With a Master's degree in Physiotherapy, my recent training and my various professional experiences allow me to approach the most recent care techniques with maturity and professionalism in order to ensure an optimal functional and sports recovery in the respect, safety and well-being of the patient. The treatments cover orthopedic rehabilitation as well as respiratory physiotherapy (adult and child), geriatric or sports physiotherapy, with a particular emphasis on explaining the pathologies, treatment and prevention. I am currently training in manual therapies and I combine all my skills to help you regain or maintain your physical abilities.

Young, dynamic and motivated, I listen and care about the well-being of my patients. My care is versatile with the aim of finding the treatment adapted to each of them. Elena Trifan, has a master's degree in physical therapy and specializes in pelvic-perineal rehabilitation. She treats all disorders of the gynecological, urological, proctological, pelvic floor and abdominal girdle. In order to ensure optimal, global and individual care, she also specializes in global postural rehabilitation (Souchard method). In addition, she deals with all problems of the maxillofacial sphere (adults) and cardiovascular disorders.
