I worked for 3 years in Portugal as a physiotherapist and I used that time to invest as much as I could in courses so that I could provide quality treatments to my patients. 

My main goal is to continue investing in gaining more and more knowledge so that I can apply it in my clinical practice. I'm a big fan of quality treatments and good follow-up with patients. That makes all the difference to the patient's progress.

I'm very involved in the musculoskeletal area and for this reason I treat pathologies such as back, shoulder, elbow, knee pain, I work a lot on post-operative rehabilitation and also with tendonitis, bursitis and calcifications.

I love doing treatments that involve acupuncture because I really like the quick and long-lasting results, and acupuncture allows me to do that. That's why I really enjoy combining my knowledge of physiotherapy with my knowledge of acupuncture (traditional Chinese medicine).

With a Master's degree in Physiotherapy, my recent training and my various professional experiences allow me to approach the most recent care techniques with maturity and professionalism in order to ensure an optimal functional and sports recovery in the respect, safety and well-being of the patient. The treatments cover orthopedic rehabilitation as well as respiratory physiotherapy (adult and child), geriatric or sports physiotherapy, with a particular emphasis on explaining the pathologies, treatment and prevention. Elena Trifan, has a master's degree in physical therapy and specializes in pelvic-perineal rehabilitation. She treats all disorders of the gynecological, urological, proctological, pelvic floor and abdominal girdle. In order to ensure optimal, global and individual care, she also specializes in global postural rehabilitation (Souchard method). In addition, she deals with all problems of the maxillofacial sphere (adults) and cardiovascular disorders.

J'interviens dans la prise en charge des pathologies musculo-squelettiques, orthopédiques et traumatologiques, qu'il s'agisse de douleurs lombaires et cervicales, d'entorses, de pathologies de l'épaule et du genou, de rééducation post-opératoire ou encore de troubles touchant le poignet et la main.

Mon expérience me permet également d'accompagner les patients atteints de pathologies rhumatismales telles que la spondylarthrite ankylosante, la polyarthrite rhumatoïde ou la fibromyalgie, ainsi que ceux souffrant d'affections neurologiques, notamment la sclérose en plaques, la maladie de Parkinson, les suites d'AVC, la myasthénie, la maladie de Huntington ou encore les polyneuropathies. Je prends également en charge les troubles respiratoires, aussi bien chez l'adulte que chez l'enfant.

En complément de ces domaines, je me suis formée et spécialisée dans le traitement des lymphœdèmes ainsi que dans la prise en charge des cervicalgies et des troubles de l'articulation temporo-mandibulaire (ATM). Ma formation en kinésithérapie HMTC me permet d'intervenir sur des problématiques telles que les migraines, céphalées, vertiges, acouphènes, algies de la face et perturbations maxillo-faciales.
