Titulaire d’un Master en Kinésithérapie de la Haute École de Bruxelles HE2B ISEK, j’ai eu l’opportunité d’effectuer de nombreux stages enrichissants dans divers domaines de la rééducation, tels que la revalidation orthopédique, le service ambulatoire, la rééducation cardio-respiratoire, la gériatrie, ainsi que la neurologie adulte et pédiatrique.

Ces expériences m'ont permis de développer une approche globale et personnalisée pour chaque patient. Passionnée par la prise en charge des douleurs chroniques, des lombalgies, des affections musculo-squelettiques et de la traumatologie, je m'efforce de toujours proposer un traitement adapté et ciblé pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de mes patients. 

Mon objectif est de les accompagner tout au long de leur rééducation, en tenant compte de leurs particularités et de leur quotidien.

Souhaitant constamment élargir mes compétences, mon objectif professionnel est de me former régulièrement dans des techniques avancées, telle que la thérapie manuelle, le dry needling, le crochetage et la fasciathérapie dans le but d'offrir une prise en charge de plus en plus complète et moderne.

Je prends en charge un large éventail de pathologies dans le cadre de la kinésithérapie générale, avec un intérêt particulier pour la rééducation de la main (traumatismes, post-chirurgie, troubles musculo-squelettiques) et le drainage lymphatique (œdèmes, jambes lourdes, suivi post-opératoire, etc.).

Formé en neurodynamique clinique, j’interviens également dans la prise en charge des atteintes nerveuses, telles que le canal carpien.

I have a master's degree in physical therapy from the ISEK and 10 years of experience in emergency and intensive care. I am specialized in maxillofacial rehabilitation, cardiorespiratory rehabilitation, lymphatic drainage and dry needling. I continue my training in osteopathy, nutritherapy and endobiogeny in order to offer you a holistic treatment. Manon Wilfart, physiotherapist, specialized in oro-maxillo-facial and myofunctional rehabilitation. This treatment is part of the prevention, evaluation and treatment of temporomandibular disorders that can be associated with migraines, headaches, tinnitus, neck pain, etc. as well as sleep disorders such as snoring and apnea through exercises to rebalance the muscles of the mouth, face and neck. She welcomes you with pleasure in the KINEFIX center on Mondays and Thursdays from 8am to 6pm.

I've continually developed and trained in the field of orthopaedics, surgery and traumatology.

I am specialised in manual therapy, sports physiotherapy and lymphatic drainage.

I'm fluent in German and English and have a good level of French, which I'm improving on a daily basis.

I am a qualified Osteopath (DO) by profession since 2019, I have 20 years of experience in manual therapy (fascial manipulation Stecco, tiger points, dry needing, HVLA ,BLT soft tissues, cranio-sacral techniques, visceral techniques) I specialize in all cases of treatment of pain of unknown origin, I perform a very accurate differential diagnosis in a holistic approach to the patient.
