Graduated from a Master in Physiotherapy in 2016, I work mainly in Manual Therapy (Australian Manual Therapy certificate) including a visceral approach and the temporo mandibular joint. I also work at the muscular level in Trigger Point, Dry Needling or with suction cups. The objective is to have a global approach to allow the most individualized treatment to meet the needs of each patient.

Bonjour, je m’appelle Nina, kinésithérapeute conventionnée diplômée de la Haute École de Vinci (Bruxelles). J’accompagne autant les troubles musculo-squelettiques du quotidien que les pathologies liées au sport, et j’assure également la rééducation pré et post opératoire.

Passionnée de sport et particulièrement de course à pied, je suis titulaire d’un diplôme en entraînement sportif et préparation physique, en complément de mon diplôme de kinésithérapie. Je poursuis actuellement une spécialisation en kinésithérapie du sport afin d’enrichir ma pratique et de vous accompagner au mieux dans la prévention des blessures, la remise en condition et le retour à la pratique sportive.

Je propose une prise en charge personnalisée et progressive, construite en fonction de vos objectifs, de votre situation et de vos besoins réels. Mon objectif est de vous guider vers une récupération optimale, d’améliorer votre qualité de vie et de vous aider à mieux comprendre votre corps pour retrouver une pratique sereine et durable, que ce soit dans le sport ou dans vos activités quotidiennes.

Diplomée d'un master en kinésithérapie en 2020 à la Haute Ecole Leonard de Vinci - Parnasse, j'ai acquis de l'expérience dans différents cabinets et hôpitaux. En plus de la kinésithérapie générale, principalement orthopédique, j'ai suivi une formation en thérapie manuelle qui m'a permis de développer des techniques afin de diminuer les douleurs, de retrouver de la mobilité et donc d'améliorer les capacités fonctionnelles. Je suis également formée au Pilates Matwork 1 ce qui me permet de vous proposer des exercices de revalidation doux afin de renforcer les muscles centraux et d'équilibrer le corps.

Je serais ravie de vous recevoir dans l'un de mes cabinets. Je reçois également à domicile pour les patients qui ne peuvent pas se déplacer.

Passionate about sports, I hold a Master's degree in Kinesitherapy and am able to take care of all your musculoskeletal disorders (tendinopathies, fractures, muscle injuries, sprains, ...), neurological, respiratory or other, as well as to accompany you during a post-operative rehabilitation. I am also trained in lymphatic and manual drainage, and am currently training in sports physiotherapy. My consultations take place on Monday mornings, Tuesday mornings, Thursday mornings and Friday mornings at the City Clinic, Avenue Louise, and I will be happy to welcome you.

Je privilégie une approche personnalisée, centrée sur l’écoute, l’autonomie du patient et des soins adaptés. J'interviens notamment en rééducation orthopédique, neurologique, respiratoire et gériatrique.

Located in Forest, on the border of Ixelles, St-Gilles and Uccle, Claire is oriented towards the care of musculoskeletal pain. She receives you for orthopedic treatments, post-operation, scoliosis, or for global muscular reinforcement in prevention of sports injuries. She is particularly interested in shoulder pain, low back pain and neck pain as well as issues related to chronic pain. Trained and certified in STOTT Pilates, she incorporates it into her treatments in order to help patients strengthen their muscles and develop their proprioception. Her goal is to bring people to know their body better and to use it without fear. She regularly trains and questions herself in order to provide her patients with treatments that are validated by the scientific community while being oriented by her own qualities as well as by the individuality of each patient. She transmits her knowledge to the patient and guides him/her in order to make him/her autonomous in his/her treatment and to keep the acquired knowledge beyond the consultation period.

Theo Durt graduated with a Master's degree in Physical Therapy in 2016. He studied at the HELB University. His specialties include sports physical therapy and sports revalidation. With more than 4 years of experience under his belt, he is able to offer quality care to his patients. Indeed, Mr. Théo Durt is a health professional who is passionate about his work. Attentive, smiling, and determined, Théo Durt knows how to put his patients at ease thanks to his developed listening skills and his desire to satisfy his clients 100%. During his career, he has researched the Foam Roller massage and participated in various conferences in the field of physical therapy. He also worked as a physical therapist at the Antoine Depage Clinic. Théo Durt welcomes you in his own practice at Avenue des Armures, 81 in the city of Brussels. You can also find him in the Born 2 Move Sport practice or the City Clinic practice. Consultations with physiotherapist Theo Durt are not subsidized and last on average 30 minutes.

As a general physiotherapist, I treat musculoskeletal pain (cervical, back, hand, wrist as well as hip, knee or ankle problems). I also treat low back pain. I receive my patients in Brussels at the Medical Center Europe-Schuman on Mondays and Wednesdays and at the Ambiorix21 Center (Square Ambiorix21 1000 Brussels) on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
