Diplomée d'un master en kinésithérapie en 2020 à la Haute Ecole Leonard de Vinci - Parnasse, j'ai acquis de l'expérience dans différents cabinets et hôpitaux. En plus de la kinésithérapie générale, principalement orthopédique, j'ai suivi une formation en thérapie manuelle qui m'a permis de développer des techniques afin de diminuer les douleurs, de retrouver de la mobilité et donc d'améliorer les capacités fonctionnelles. Je suis également formée au Pilates Matwork 1 ce qui me permet de vous proposer des exercices de revalidation doux afin de renforcer les muscles centraux et d'équilibrer le corps.


Je serais ravie de vous recevoir dans l'un de mes cabinets. Je reçois également à domicile pour les patients qui ne peuvent pas se déplacer.

Je recommande vivement cette praticienne. Je l'a consulte pour une tendinite au coude qui me fait souffrir depuis un moment, et les résultats sont impressionnants : dès la première séance, j'ai ressenti un soulagement significatif de la douleur. Au-delà de son efficacité thérapeutique, c'est une professionnelle très à l'écoute, pédagogue et rigoureuse dans son approche. On sent une réelle expertise et un accompagnement personnalisé. Vous pouvez y aller en toute confiance !

Une professionnelle exceptionnelle, à l’écoute, douce et très compétente. Chaque séance est un vrai moment de soulagement et de progrès. Elle prend le temps de comprendre les besoins, adapte les soins avec bienveillance et crée un climat de confiance . Je recommande les yeux fermés.

J’ai consulté Pauline pour un torticolis très douloureux et je suis vraiment ravie de cette séance. Elle est à la fois professionnelle, à l’écoute et très douce dans ses explications comme dans ses gestes. Grâce à son approche, j’ai rapidement senti une amélioration et je me sens beaucoup mieux. Je recommande Pauline les yeux fermés !
