Having obtained a master's degree in physical education at the Free University of Brussels, I naturally moved towards physiotherapy and rehabilitation, a discipline in which I graduated in 2022. While working, I undertook a specialization master's degree in sports physiotherapy in order to combine the two professions. This concluded positively in 2023. The different skills acquired allow me, if necessary, to offer my patients a specific rehabilitation program. Dynamic and attentive, I also take care of different types of pathology: orthopedics, traumatology, cardio-respiratory revalidation, geriatrics, neurology, etc.

Having graduated with a master's degree in physiotherapy, I decided to complete my training with a specialized master's degree in the management of musculoskeletal disorders and with a university certificate in manual therapy this year. I have a great interest in musculoskeletal pathologies (joints, muscles, etc.) as well as sports-related pathologies, in connection with my passion for physical activity and more specifically for dance! For more than ten years, I have been practicing breaking (or breakdancing), a physical discipline with an artistic and creative aspect. It was therefore quite natural that I turned to physiotherapy, which focuses on movements and the body in a similar way to dance. Thanks to my experience as a dancer combined with my clinical practice, I will make every effort to offer treatments adapted to each patient according to their needs and desires, based on the best scientific evidence available. Je suis kinésithérapeute, diplômée d’un Master à la Haute École Libre de Bruxelles en 2022. Depuis plus de trois ans, j’exerce au sein d’un cabinet composé exclusivement de kinésithérapeutes.

Passionnée par mon métier, je suis une personne bienveillante, empathique, souriante et toujours à l’écoute de mes patients. Mon objectif principal est d’accompagner chacun d’eux au mieux dans leur rééducation, afin de les voir progresser et retrouver leur bien-être. Pour cela, j’accorde une grande importance à la réalisation de bilans précis ainsi qu’à une prise en charge individualisée et personnalisée, éléments essentiels à l’établissement d’une relation de confiance et un traitement de qualité.

En tant que kinésithérapeute généraliste, je prends en charge diverses pathologies :

• Orthopédiques et traumatologiques (entorses, fractures, lombalgies, douleurs aiguës ou chroniques, etc.)
• Respiratoires, notamment chez les nourrissons
• Neurologiques et rhumatologiques

Je suis également formée en drainage lymphatique manuel et en thérapie manuelle.

Je m'appelle Jordi, espagnol d'origine, mais depuis quelques années installé sur Bruxelles!

Depuis toujours lié au corps, en premier temps en tant que Préparateur Physique dans différents domaines, puis du côté des soins de santé avec une vision du "corps en mouvement" (on est fait pour bouger).

L'importance d'une bonne anamnèse, d'une bonne réflexion autour de la personne, des problèmes qui se présentent, et bien comprendre le tout pour une meilleure prise en charge fait partie des priorités dans la prise en charge, pas seulement soulager, sinon essayer de trouver le problème de base (d'origine) et d'essayer de l'enlever et/ou le corriger.

Located in Forest, on the border of Ixelles, St-Gilles and Uccle, Claire is oriented towards the care of musculoskeletal pain. She receives you for orthopedic treatments, post-operation, scoliosis, or for global muscular reinforcement in prevention of sports injuries. She is particularly interested in shoulder pain, low back pain and neck pain as well as issues related to chronic pain. Trained and certified in STOTT Pilates, she incorporates it into her treatments in order to help patients strengthen their muscles and develop their proprioception. Her goal is to bring people to know their body better and to use it without fear. She regularly trains and questions herself in order to provide her patients with treatments that are validated by the scientific community while being oriented by her own qualities as well as by the individuality of each patient. She transmits her knowledge to the patient and guides him/her in order to make him/her autonomous in his/her treatment and to keep the acquired knowledge beyond the consultation period.

Trained in muscular and physiological chains according to the Busquet method, my practice is based on touch and dialogue. It is aimed at adults, adolescents and children who have chronic pain, the cause of which is often unknown: neck pain, lower back pain, headaches, chronic fatigue, etc. Using a combined approach of words and touch, we will investigate to understand and resolve blockages in the body: touch to release body tensions, and dialogue to bring to light the words hidden by the ailments. At your own pace and with respect for everyone. Body work is global, from the feet to the head. My steps also led me to pediatrics. I offer care focused on the concepts of baby Busquet muscle chains, pediatric manual therapy, as well as free motor skills. The little one's sleep is also regularly at the heart of parents' concerns. Interested in this subject, I learned a lot through training and readings. For those who wish, the sessions will therefore be an opportunity to discuss caring support for the baby's sleep. The prices are agreed: the first session amounts to 70€ (assessment) and the following ones to 62€ for one hour.

Specialized in musculoskeletal manual therapy and trained by the Clinique du Coureur, I prioritize active rehabilitation, where each person becomes an active participant in their own recovery.

Ma pratique repose sur une approche active et personnalisée, fondée sur des méthodes validées scientifiquement (EBP), afin d’assurer une récupération durable et de prévenir les récidives.

J’accompagne tout type de patient et de pathologie, en adaptant chaque prise en charge aux besoins et aux capacités de chacun.

J’accorde également une grande importance à l’éducation thérapeutique, convaincu que comprendre son corps est essentiel pour retrouver confiance en ses capacités et favoriser l’autonomie.
