I have a master's degree in physical therapy from the HEPH in Condorcet and have followed a training in respiratory physiotherapy. I practice general, orthopedic, traumatological and respiratory physiotherapy. I can welcome you at my office located in Bierges at the provincial street 215 or in Chaumont-Gistoux at the Chaussée de Huy 252 or come to your home. I work in 2 areas: - orthopedic physiotherapy, which includes treatment of sports injuries (sprains, tendinopathies, dislocations, tears, contractures,...), operations (prostheses, ligaments, fractures treated by osteosynthesis, herniated discs...) but also pain related to bad postures. - Perineological physiotherapy. This one includes pre and post-natal care but also urinary problems (stress incontinence (coughing, sneezing, carrying a load, trampoline...), difficulties to urinate, emergencies (with or without leakage), perineal pain (during intercourse or not), fecal incontinence or constipation, enuresis (bedwetting), postoperative care (man and woman)...

I have a master's degree in physical therapy from the ISEK and 10 years of experience in emergency and intensive care. I am specialized in maxillofacial rehabilitation, cardiorespiratory rehabilitation, lymphatic drainage and dry needling. I continue my training in osteopathy, nutritherapy and endobiogeny in order to offer you a holistic treatment. Listening, dynamism and precision are the qualities intrinsic to my practice in order to best meet your needs.

Kinésithérapeute conventionné, diplômé en 2022. Je travaille actuellement dans deux cabinets ainsi qu’au sein d’un club de football. En cours de spécialisation en kinésithérapie du sport, je prends en charge aussi bien les douleurs du quotidien que les blessures liées à la pratique sportive. J’aime proposer une prise en charge personnalisée et active, en accompagnant chaque patient pas à pas vers une récupération durable.

Spécialisée en thérapie manuelle et en pathologies sportives, j’ai essentiellement évolué dans le milieu de la prise en charge des problématiques neuro-musculo-squelletiques en clinique sportive. 

Outre la thérapie manuelle, j’inclus au besoin dans ma pratique des techniques comme le crochetage (fibrolyse diacutanée), le dry needling ou le Mulligan.

Graduated in 2019 from a master in physical therapy at the Haute Ecole Libre de Bruxelles, I immediately trained in sports physical therapy as well as in manual therapy (Kinesport, Kinesitherapy of the Sport Expert). I am also a physiotherapist for the soccer club Royal Racing Club Etterbeek. This has allowed me to deepen my knowledge and expertise on sports pathologies, in order to offer you an optimal treatment that will meet your different objectives. Specialized in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders and overload pathologies, post-traumatic/orthopedic surgery of the lower limb (ACL, meniscal pathology...), I also have an affinity for the treatment of cervical and dorsolumbar pathologies.

Nathalie Mouton is a physiotherapist since 2010. She is specialized in manual lymphatic drainage (using the Leduc method) as well as in muscle chains for adults and children (GDS method). She started her career at the Centre Médical du Val in Woluwé-Saint-Pierre after completing her Master's degree in physiotherapy at ISEK. Having graduated with a master's degree in physiotherapy, I decided to complete my training with a specialized master's degree in the management of musculoskeletal disorders and with a university certificate in manual therapy this year. I have a great interest in musculoskeletal pathologies (joints, muscles, etc.) as well as sports-related pathologies, in connection with my passion for physical activity and more specifically for dance! For more than ten years, I have been practicing breaking (or breakdancing), a physical discipline with an artistic and creative aspect. It was therefore quite natural that I turned to physiotherapy, which focuses on movements and the body in a similar way to dance. Thanks to my experience as a dancer combined with my clinical practice, I will make every effort to offer treatments adapted to each patient according to their needs and desires, based on the best scientific evidence available. Located in Forest, on the border of Ixelles, St-Gilles and Uccle, Claire is oriented towards the care of musculoskeletal pain. She receives you for orthopedic treatments, post-operation, scoliosis, or for global muscular reinforcement in prevention of sports injuries. She is particularly interested in shoulder pain, low back pain and neck pain as well as issues related to chronic pain. Trained and certified in STOTT Pilates, she incorporates it into her treatments in order to help patients strengthen their muscles and develop their proprioception. Her goal is to bring people to know their body better and to use it without fear. She regularly trains and questions herself in order to provide her patients with treatments that are validated by the scientific community while being oriented by her own qualities as well as by the individuality of each patient. She transmits her knowledge to the patient and guides him/her in order to make him/her autonomous in his/her treatment and to keep the acquired knowledge beyond the consultation period.
