Diplômée de l'Université de La Corogne (Espagne) en 1997, je suis spécialisée dans le traitement des problèmes affectant la moitié supérieure du corps, tels que les douleurs au niveau de la nuque, des épaules, des coudes et des poignets, le troubles de l'articulation temporo-mandibulaire et les acouphènes.

Pour obtenir les meilleurs résultats, j'intègre diverses techniques dans mes traitements, allant de la kinésithérapie classique à la thérapie manuelle et aux techniques myofasciales. J'utilise également le dry-needling et le kinesiotaping pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de chaque patient.

With 9 years of practice in a medical center, I have enriched my practice with exchanges with my colleagues doctors, nurses, psychologists,... Through my various trainings, I have specialized in the treatment of joint, muscle and nerve pain (sciatica, cervicobrachialgia,...), pregnancy support and respiratory kinesiology for babies. I followed the 2 year certificate in manual therapy at UCL and other trainings (Trigger Points, Maitland, Stecco Fasciatherapy, Mulligan, neurodynamics,...) which give me many strings to my bow to help you with your back pain, neck, shoulder, knee, headaches, osteoarthritis,... Diplomée d'un master en kinésithérapie en 2020 à la Haute Ecole Leonard de Vinci - Parnasse, j'ai acquis de l'expérience dans différents cabinets et hôpitaux. En plus de la kinésithérapie générale, principalement orthopédique, j'ai suivi une formation en thérapie manuelle qui m'a permis de développer des techniques afin de diminuer les douleurs, de retrouver de la mobilité et donc d'améliorer les capacités fonctionnelles. Je suis également formée au Pilates Matwork 1 ce qui me permet de vous proposer des exercices de revalidation doux afin de renforcer les muscles centraux et d'équilibrer le corps.

David Léonard is a physiotherapist, specialized in sports physiotherapy. He receives you at his private practice (Sombreffe) and travels to your home. As a general physiotherapist, I treat musculoskeletal pain (cervical, back, hand, wrist as well as hip, knee or ankle problems). I also treat low back pain. I receive my patients in Brussels at the Medical Center Europe-Schuman on Mondays and Wednesdays and at the Ambiorix21 Center (Square Ambiorix21 1000 Brussels) on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
